2. Scope and description of the service
These Terms and Conditions apply to the HR consulting, organisational development and coaching services provided by HR.Neked. (the “Service Provider”) to small and medium businesses (SMEs) and individuals.
Services are typically delivered online (video call) or, by separate agreement, in person.
3. Booking a session
Services can be booked via the contact form on the website, by email, or by phone. A booking becomes final once confirmed by the Service Provider.
4. Prices, fees and payment terms
Prices shown on the website are indicative; the final fee is communicated in an individual quote or booking confirmation. Prices are [gross/net] amounts and [include / do not include] VAT.

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and applicable consumer protection legislation.
9. Other provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Amended terms take effect upon publication on the website.
