Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern the legal relationship between www.hrpontneked.hu and the customer. Matters not regulated herein are governed by applicable Hungarian legislation.

Customer
Anyone who uses the services of the online shop.
2. Purpose of the GTC
These GTC govern the legal relationship between www.hrpontneked.hu and the customer. Matters not regulated herein are governed by applicable Hungarian legislation.
Acceptance: the customer accepts these GTC by placing an order.
Validity: the service provider is entitled to amend these GTC, which take effect upon publication.
3. The service
Territorial scope: the online shop delivers exclusively within Hungary.
Data processed: name, e-mail, phone number, shipping and billing details.
Data processing: the service provider treats the data confidentially and only shares it with partners necessary for fulfilment (e.g. courier service).
4. Formation of the contract
The contract is formed when the order is submitted and confirmed by the service provider.
How to purchase: purchases can be made either with registration or as a guest.
Modifying an order: the order can be modified or cancelled electronically until fulfilment begins.
Payment: by card, cash on delivery, or bank transfer. Refunds are issued within 14 days at the latest.
Failed delivery: after two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order is cancelled.
5. Right of withdrawal
- The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
- The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
- The service provider may withhold the refund until the product is returned or proof of return is provided.
- In the case of use beyond what is necessary, depreciation may be charged.
6. Warranty
Warranty claims are governed by the Hungarian Civil Code and the relevant legislation.
7. Data protection
The customer may modify or delete their data, except for data that must be retained by law (e.g. for invoicing purposes).
8. Complaint handling
The service provider investigates complaints within 15 days.

9. Final provisions
The contract is concluded electronically and is not filed. The service provider is entitled to terminate the contract in the event of breach of contract.
